Product Description

Our Products
Main characteristics of telecom 48v inverter
  • Embedded installation design, supporting the national standard 19 inch rack mounted installation method and the mobile portable box installation method;
  • Adopting CPU control, the circuit is simple and reliable; Intelligent power on/off, high degree of automation, easy operation;
  • Adopting PWM pulse width modulation technology, the output is a pure sine wave with stable frequency and voltage, filtered out noise, and low distortion;
  • The interface is friendly and adopts LCD display: the working status, mains voltage, output voltage, battery voltage, frequency, load power, and other information are clear and understandable; And it has functions such as sound and light fault alarm and fault indication.
  • Divided into main power supply type, battery main supply type, and pure reverse type:
    • A) Main supply type of mains power: When there is mains power, it is at the output of mains power, and automatically switches to inverter output when there is a fault in mains power input;
    • B) Battery main supply type: When the battery is normal, it is in inverter output, and when the DC input fails, it automatically switches to mains output;
    • C) Pure inverter variant: not connected to AC mains power, pure inverter operation, supports long-term on load inverter operation;
  • It is allowed to cut off the DC and automatically switch to the mains bypass when the device is turned on, without affecting the power supply of the load, making it convenient to maintain and replace the battery;
  • If the battery voltage is too high or too low, the inverter power supply will turn off the output. If the battery voltage returns to normal, the power supply will automatically resume output;
  • Support communication function (RS485 communication interface or customized other interfaces):
    • RS485: Standard Modbus communication protocol, RS485 communication interface, RJ45 crystal port with 1 pin 485A and 2 pins 485B from the left
  • Supports no DC power on function and can operate in a state of only mains power. This feature allows the inverter power supply to be put into use first, and then the battery can be installed. (Machines set to parallel mode must be powered on with DC power)
  • The container shell of the mechanical and electrical unit is made of metal material and meets the anti vibration and service life requirements of the inverter power supply when moving in various environments;

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the primary working modes of this 48V telecom inverter?
This inverter is available in three distinct variants: Utility (Mains) Main Supply Type (switches to inverter during mains failure), Battery Main Supply Type (switches to mains during battery/DC failure), and Pure Inverter Type (dedicated standalone DC to AC operation).
Can the inverter operate without a DC battery connected?
Yes, it features a single-mains power-on function that allows the unit to run initially on AC mains input alone. This is particularly convenient during installation, allowing you to configure the inverter before adding the batteries. (Note: Parallel setups require DC power on).
Does this inverter support remote monitoring and communication?
Yes, it supports standard RS485 communication utilizing the Modbus protocol via an RJ45 crystal port (pin 1 for 485A and pin 2 for 485B). Customized communication interfaces are also supported upon request.
What installation methods are supported?
The inverter features an embedded installation design that fits standard 19-inch rack-mounted systems. It also supports mobile portable box installation for flexible deployment.
What are the protection features for high and low battery voltages?
The inverter will automatically shut off the AC output if the DC input voltage drops below 42V (adjustable 40-48V) or rises above 63V (adjustable 61-64V). Once the battery voltage returns to normal range (e.g., 54V for low recovery and 62V for high recovery), output resumes automatically.
What is the conversion time between utility power and battery mode?
The conversion time is extremely rapid: less than 5ms under UPS mode, and less than 13ms under standard electrical (APL) mode. This ensures continuous power supply for critical telecom loads.
