Output Overvoltage Protection: To prevent damage caused by outputting overvoltage to electrical consumers, an overvoltage protection circuit is integrated. If output overvoltage occurs, the module locks up automatically, the relative module fault indication light turns on, and the faulty module ceases operation automatically without affecting the normal operation of the entire system. The protection point is factory-set to 320V±5% for rated output 220V machines, and 160V±5% for rated output 110V machines.
Output Current Limiting Protection: The output current cannot increase infinitely. The maximum value of the output current of each module is limited to 105% of the rated output current, within which the output current value of the module is continuously adjustable. If the load exceeds the module's output capability, the module will decrease the output voltage.
Output Short-Circuit Protection: Upon output short-circuiting, the module drops the output voltage to 0 immediately and limits the short-circuit current to below 15% of the current limit point to protect the module. The system will not be damaged under a long-term short-circuit state, and will automatically return to normal operation after debugging.
